Exchange Policy
Please note: We do not accept international exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you received your item(s) damaged or have an issue with sizing, please contact our support team through our website at help@snash.com within 14 days of the order's delivery date.
All exchanges must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
You will be required to return the merchandise in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of our Team.
Using a tracking number is highly recommended to ensure your exchange does not get lost or misplaced. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please include your order number, name, and email so we can contact you. After receiving the merchandise, we require up to 5 business days to process the exchange.
